This is an ARF trooper of the Coruscant Gaurd. His helmet has new markings that set it apart from the ARF trooper from the Clone Trooper Battle Pack (2011). You can get this guy in Elite Clone Trooper & Commando Droid Battle Pack & the Clone Trooper Battle Pack. You can also get a Shadow ARF trooper.

If you look at his armor, pauldron, and kama they have the markings and color of the Coruscant Gaurd. You can get in the Elite Clone Trooper & Commando Droid Battle Pack.
